He was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect for me - away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within walking distance to the ferry port and downtown area. the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. the rooms were comfortable and had the added bonus of air conditioning. the breakfast provided was delicious and I found it to be great value for money.
